Checkmate reclaims damaged Ralph Lauren and turns them into a calculated new uniform. 

Once-worn shirts are deconstructed and rebuilt as structured gilets, softened with sculptural bows. Zero-waste pieces are reborn as Bow Hair Clips, oversized Bow Ties and Nautical Scarves reversed with Denim. 

CHECKMATE is the final move, where damaged becomes detail and fashion is rewritten.
